Hello, I'm Felicity who lives in Basse Normandie with my 30 plus rescued equines, dogs and cats who keep me on my toes! I'm a pensioner but there's nothing like lots of animals to care for to keep one young (if a bit stiff in the winter!).
All my animals have interesting histories and stories. I've been rescuing and rehoming for about 9 years now.
I've recently formed an association called The Pegasus Sanctuary to try and get support for all the animals in my care. You can find my Sanctuary page on Facebook a bit later on because my friend Helen and I are just in the process of completing it.
I've followed and loved the ethos of My Safe Cobs for quite a few years and have studied the very informative videos and was surprised and thrilled to meet the gang in Normandy yesterday.
The rescued equines have all sorts of physical and mental issues when they arrive which can stretch ones knowledge which is why a group like this one is so helpful.
If you're holidaying in Normandy or live there, you're very welcome to come and meet all the animals.
